He served in various communities with many humble and important services. In Sezano he was a cook; in Affi a gardener, a sacristan and a catechist. In Noto (Sicily), at the Stimate, in Pavia and Bellizzi he was in charge of the recreation centres, sacristan and in charge of the altar servers.
He spent 45 years of life from 1935 to 2000 in prayer and service.
During the last period, from the year 2000 until his death, he resided in San Leonardo, living quietly and accepting the test of physical suffering.
His religious life developed between the hoe, the flowers and many rosaries: vivified by the grace of God, by the respectful affection of many friends, by countless altar boys, which were his sole pride and glory.
He was faithful in service, discrete in relationships, patient with everybody, particularly with children, because he too was a humble servant of the Lord.
