He was an expert in the art of shoe making, but the work he loved most was that of an infirmarian. He followed the formation of our Candidates and was available to follow them in the different houses where formation was held. He worked also at the Stimate and in our communities of Udine and Rome.
In 1949 he suffered an attack of TB from which he never recovered. Because of that he was left with a rather weak and frail health.
He was a religious with a deep piety and propriety in his manners.
He died of a heart attack while asleep.
