REMIGIO MARTINELLI (Brother)

He was a shoemaker and he came to us, in Verona, to work as an extern. His uncle, Brother Angelino Martinelli, was our confrere and head infirmarian. After some time he too wished to become a religious. He obtained the diploma in nursing, which initiated him to an exquisite charity towards all confreres, but especially the aged ones.
He lived in our house of San Leonardo in Verona and afterwards he went to Udine. He was a precious collaborator in the church of St Peter the Martyr.
He had a character that was humble and respectful, self-effacing and silent. He loved to live aside and give way to any body else.
