Fr Guido entered our Congregation in 1931. After his ordination, which was celebrated during the Second World War, he dedicated himself specifically to the youth and he continued in this ministry the mid-80’s: he worked in our boarding schools of Udine, Trento, Milan, Parma and Pavia.
Then he became an assistant parish priest in Pavia, where he dedicated himself especially to the sick as a hospital chaplain. That was for him a very fruitful experience: many sick people and their relatives found in him a friend, a counsellor and a minister able to listen to their anxieties and difficulties.
In 1996 sickness – for which he tried to console his brothers and sisters – knocked at his own door: he spent his last years among the sick Confreres of San Leonardo in Verona.
