Pietro Andreatta (priest)
BORN: Levico, (Trento) – 5.1.1910
DIED: Verona 3.7.1977
AGE: 67
After his ordination he was assigned to the parish of S. Croce in Milan. After six years of ministry, he was sent to the parish of S. Croce in Rome, where he lived during the whole period of the second World War.
Later on he became the superior of the Stimmate in Verona (1946 - 1949).
He spent the next eight years in our community at Trento, where he was instrumental for the establishment of the parish of the Holy Spouses, which until then had been just a Rectory (1960).
The last field of his activity was the parish of Santa Trinità in Verona, where he zealously exercised his ministry as an assistant priest for several years.
He loved much the liturgy. He was rather timid, but very fervent and he knew how to spread trust and comfort in caring for the sick and in hearing confessions.
