He was a rather meek and timid man by nature, and possessed extraordinary intellectual gifts. He was sent to Rome to complete his studies and obtained the licentiate in theology at the ANGELICUM. For some time, then, he taught our clerics philosophy and theology.
In 1948, he left for China together with one companion, and remained three years in Pechin. Being forced to return home due to the Communist take-over, the very next year [1952] he left for Thailand. With his youthful spirit, he put himself to work in this new field, drawing to himself the esteem and affection of all. He died in a fatal accident being electrocuted.
