After having been sent to Brazil he exercised the priestly ministry in Campinas, Rio Claro, Morrinhos, Ribeirão Preto, Alto da Mooca, Ituiutaba and again in Rio Claro.
He was for several terms superior, provincial councillor and provincial secretary. He was rector of S. Cruz in Rio Claro and was building the new bell tower of the church when he was tragically killed by falling to the ground in a lift because of the breaking of the steel cable. Together with him Fr Tognoni and one worker found their death.
